Welcome to Character Bible ("the Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
The Service is an AI tool that, based on seed photos you upload, generates multi-angle, multi-expression, multi-outfit reference images of the same character, and lets you save, manage, export, and share the generated content. Results are produced by a third-party AI model and may not always match expectations — details can be distorted or inconsistent.
Your account
- You must register with a real, valid email address, and you're responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your password secure — contact us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account on reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Content you upload
By uploading a seed photo, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use the photo, or have obtained the clear consent of the person depicted.
- The photo doesn't infringe on anyone's image rights, privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.
- The photo doesn't contain illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Strictly prohibited: uploading photos of another person — especially a public figure, a minor, or someone who has clearly declined — to generate, forge, or impersonate their identity, and using the Service for fraud, harassment, defamation, or any form of deceptive deepfake. Accounts that violate this will be terminated immediately, and we may cooperate with authorities where legally required.
Ownership and use of generated content
Subject to your compliance with these terms (particularly the upload rules), you own the right to use images generated with the Service, and may download and use them for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for the legality of how you actually use generated content — the Service is not liable for your use of the output.
Public sharing and the gallery
Characters are private by default. You may choose to "Add to gallery" or generate a share link for a character — once public, that character's images are visible to link-holders or gallery visitors until you turn off public visibility or delete the character. You're responsible for judging whether a character is appropriate to share publicly and for the content you choose to share.
Generation limits and fair use
To control service cost and keep the Service available to everyone, each account has a daily generation limit, which may change at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or ban accounts that use automated scripts, mass registration, or other means to evade limits or maliciously consume resources.
Prohibited uses
- Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
- Attempting to bypass, break, or interfere with the Service's rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, crawling, or making unauthorized bulk requests against the Service.
- Uploading or generating content that infringes others' rights, or that is misleading or harmful.
Service "as is" and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, consistency, or fitness of generated results. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the availability or output quality of third-party AI providers (such as fal.ai). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and related data access if you violate these terms, without prior notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
